The Goal: The aim isn't simply to "think positive," but to expand your Window of Tolerance from a state of hypo-arousal. We want to shift you from a state of withdrawn survival to a state of active participation—where you can feel a sense of agency, experience moments of genuine spark, and trust your capacity for joy again.
