Grief isn't just a story about who you lost—it’s a physical and emotional weight carried within your heart and mind. It shows up in the depth of your fatigue, the fog in your thoughts, and the quiet ache of an empty space. My approach is integrative, meaning we don’t just analyse the "why" of the loss; we work with the "how" of the longing to help you find your footing in a changed world.
The Goal: The aim isn't simply to "get over" the pain, but to expand your capacity to carry it. We want to shift you from a state of overwhelming sorrow to a state of integration—where you can honour your memories, navigate your daily life, and eventually rediscover a sense of meaning.
